2011 Turbo Project

Garrett AR/48 M24 T2, i finally got it haha because of the offer that i cant refuse but still theres a lot of work thats need to be done as you can see i need to clean the turbo, get it service make sure its clean because just like inside an engine the shaft needs to be lubricated, clean to run smoothly and make sure it lasts. Dirt + oil is not good.
I tried installing the piping that comes with the turbo kit, since this kit is meant for ncp31 Toyota Bb and previously used on NCP42 Toyota vios the piping and engine layout is not the same but since its the same engine i think the turbo manifold should fit perfectly. Above the picture of the HKS Kyusyu NCP91 Vitz Turbo kit which is similar to my NCP93 vios so i want to use the piping design however in the Vitz its running HKS F Con V Pro and they remove the MAF sensor, i still need the MAF sensor as im only using the Greddy Piggyback.
I used Hi-temp silver to restore the look of the downpipe and also reduce the rust on the downpipe, this downpipe also need to be customised as i need to make an adapter for my primary 02 sensor, again some difference between the old and new 1nz-fe
I will not be needing this F Con Mini so if anyone is interested its for sale.
When i did a mockup of the piping i saw a black residue on the edge of the intake valve and its oil, i should've bought the oil catch tank to prevent this, didnt buy it because last time friend say its just an accessory and its a waste of $$, should've followed my instincts.
